In Texas, I'm not sure what's available to you. I know that this site's a good source of information and so on. Local doctors and trauma therapists are an option. Contact your insurance carrier and they'll see what is covered. Online articles and so on. Really depends on the trauma, as well. Childhood abuse; physical, emotional, sexual etc.. Domestic violence survivor. Witnessing murder, being the victim of attempted murder...
I could go on. A professional would have more resources to offer. This website has some interesting articles.
If you have any specific question, someone with a PTSD diagnoses could also help you. So, I'm here if you have anything more specific. You don't have to post it publicly, if you don't want to. I don't mind PM.
