Is it possible to be on Zoloft(sertraline) without any AP meds? I have a bad case of the lows/sideeffs with lithium(at therapeutic lvl) so far and was thinking if I should just depend on that milder anti-depressant(or so I've heard). I'm taking 25mg of it currently. I do fear that it may get me to a bad hypomanic stage I've never been before, but I really, desperately need to get out of this horrible state.
