I was on 50 mg. Even on 25 mg, I was not feeling like myself. At the time, I was on Seroquel and Lamictal, along with the Zoloft. Usually, Seroquel helps a lot with my sleep. When I was on Zoloft though, I couldn't even sleep on Seroquel. I was up all night pacing with racing thoughts and eventually started experiencing paranoia/psychosis. This lasted for a long time. Wellbutrin also caused mania for me. I hear lately from numerous people with BP, even some with type 1, that they do well with AD's when on other meds, but unfortunately for me, that was not the case.
