Hi eyesclosed
It sounds like you're having a really hard time, I'm sorry

And excellent suggestion from LucyG, and maybe any meds you're on might need some adjustment, if it's not that though just some more thoughts.........
If you're suffering with depression sometimes it can hit different people moreso at different times in the day, for some it may be more intense in the mornings, for some the afternoons for some the evenings...........so maybe.........
Or maybe that time has some significance to you e.g. by the time you've done x, y and z in the mornings those things may have completely depleted you..........and sometimes with depression those things can be as simple as getting up/ready and doing a few household things............or the significance could be something from previously e.g. you used to go to a job or see x around that time or before and the absence of those things are now felt deep inside...........
But, to help you through this period perhaps you could put a schedule in place for yourself, and that can be
anything that help a little e.g. doing less leading up to that period, setting time before "the time" to reflect on how you're feeling and working on resolving some feelings before they hit "full scale", setting in place some enjoyable/pleasant/relaxing activity to ease the feelings or act as a distraction, reaching out in some/any way for support at the time, expressing those feelings
outwardly through maybe writing or drawing, reducing any pressure on yourself at those times and allowing yourself time to work through those feelings.........and maybe
if you need meds with the way you're feeling......just something/
anything that may be able to help..........
