-soft blanket
-snuggling with my kitty by my side
-laptop to read the papers and keep in touch with people
-a book I've read before and know I love
-a notebook I have of quotes from books that I really love
-my med boxes full of my meds for the week so I don't have to think or worry about that
-the sounds of ocean waves
-TV for distraction, especially TCM
-hiding my list of things I have to do, at least temporarily, to free me of that stress
-Plenty of comfort food (including chocolate!) in my fridge and pantry.
