Try taking some high quality magnesium such as magnesium chloride, citrate or malate, but NOT oxide along with some calcium, vitamin D3 and K and see if that helps. Low magnesium levels cause sleep issues. A good way to get magnesium is to soak in epsom salts as it's magnesium sulfate which is a good form.
