I have never gotten high off of it. I even tried taking 2 (dependence issue, so stopped it) because one wasn't working and no high. I kinda fell of the wagon was depressed took 5 while drinking no high. So I don't really think it gives highs. Now it being addicting yea I can agree with that and for a while I was taking one everyday (btw I'm at 1 mg) for 2 weeks. Then I started getting anxious for no reason. Only reason I could think of was my body wanted more so I stopped taking them daily. Talked to my pdoc about it she said try fighting the urge, distract yourself, breathe, meditate when the anxiety isn't as bad. Did that for almost two weeks and think I'm good. I did take one after but only cause I was having an attack and had a million things in my mind.
