I am also depressed, moody, angry. Trying to get things done with no will or motivation, and lots of body pain and panic. My success today is that I didn't go back to bed. Oh and that I reached out to an acupuncture gal to see if she can see me for $20 to help with the nerve pain stemming from my neck and radiating everywhere. It's unnerving to have that icy hot feeling through my whole left side (including face) and now spreading to my right arm. Scares me.
