There are groups and you see a psychiatrist usually daily and depending on the place there are other things to do when you aren't in groups. Some places let you keep your phone or have a computer you can use; others don't.

But if you have to go just know that it doesn't have to be a terrible experience. I was so afraid before I had ever gone and then when I finally did have to go I found out nearly everything I had feared wasn't true at all.
I don't think I'll feel safe in hospital if I have to go I hope I do feel safe but I think I'll panic really badly.
My support worker says I am 'relapsing'
Thanks for the information about what it's like... Although the thought of it still brings on strange fears and thoughts.
