I know how scary the thought can be but it's not that bad. If you panic they will be able to help you. They can also get you on a good med regime. Let them know about your fear of weight gain and they can figure something out. I've been 3 times and if it weren't for being away from my kids I wouldn't mind at all. It's a safe place that can do a great service.
Suicide isn't the answer.
