Hello Domatagram: Well, you know, we here on PsychCentral cannot diagnose you. This is a job for a mental health professional. Perhaps what you describe is all caused by a combination of depression & anxiety. But there could be other factors as well.

Is this all "normal"? Well... what is normal? Personally I believe everyone struggles with these sorts of issues to one degree or another. Some people are able to brush them off. Others are not. What it really comes down to, from my perspective, is: are the concerns you raise serious enough that they are impeding your ability to follow through with the activities of your daily life. You have to be the judge with regard to that.

The typical way people deal with this sort of thing, I believe, is via therapy. California therapist, Kati Morton, has a video on her YouTube channel on Pure O. Some of what she has to say in that video may be of some help with regard to your intrusive thoughts:

There is also another member, here on PC, whose username is "vital". Vital posted a thread some time back with regard to something called "Snap Club".
It is something he developed, as I understand it, as a way of overcoming difficulty with motivation. You might take a look at vital's description of this technique & see if it would be helpful for you:
