I've been searching online but haven't come across someone with an experience exactly like this. Usually when I look up "sensing people in my head", or something close, I get things about hallucinations or DID. I don't have any of those. What does happen is that sometimes when I've been thinking about someone (or sometimes even out of the blue) I feel like I sense their presence right with me, almost like it's in my head. Sometimes it'll feel like they can see and hear everything I can, like they can see the world with my eyes, even know what I'm thinking. It doesn't happen super often, but when it does it feels very invasive. On one level, I know that it's not possible, but it can feel very real. It's almost always someone that I know. What would something like this be then?
