Hi,
Another approach you might want to consider is using some hemisync music. What's this?

in the 1960's-90's a man named Robert Monroe was a successful New York business person except he had a problem...he kept leaving his body. So he went to numerous doctors who assured him he was sane and decided to go with it. He bought some land in Virginia and created the Monroe Institute to study his out of body experiences.

You might be wondering what this has to do with you waking up and not having a good sleep? Well...

He began to experiment on willing participants putting one wavelength frequency in one ear and a different wavelength in the other. He learnt that the brain interpreted the difference AND it quickly took the person to the Theta state. He then found that others would frequently have out of body experiences. They then began to research this.

He patented the technology as "hemi-sync". If you go to "hemi-sync" dot com, you'll find many different products. If you click on "products" and then make your way to "sleep and dreams" you'll find many different products that have been created to assist folks like you.

If you'd like to learn more about the Monroe Institute, google it.

I hope that this might assist you.

With kind regards,
Guy
