Hiya, Just saw this post. I have started taking Moclobemide - MAOI. Been on it a whole two weeks so I guess I haven't even reached the "therapeutic level" yet. I do not like the side affects this is having on me.

Any medication that a P'doc prescribes, whether it be and MAOI, SSRI, SNRI, Antipsychotic etc has to eventually have more benefits than not.

You are having a very hard time. The side affects that you mention should have eased up considering that you have been on this med since June. Panic attacks and back spasms and insomnia are deal breakers. If it were me I would ask for a change. If it hasn't worked by now it isn't a good sign.

Hope your p'doc listens. Maybe your T can have a chat with your P'doc?
