Anxiety is terrible today. Had to go out of town for a meeting early this morning, and the driving was just panic inducing. Several cars tailgating me on the interstate, then people in town kept stopping suddenly, I almost rear-ended 2 of them. Then on the drive home there were so many semi trucks, they make me incredibly anxious after getting hit by one once. I stopped at home before going on to work and had a panic attack. I'm afraid to go back out on the road today, even to drive home after work tonight.
