So I applied for SSDI back in February. A few weeks ago I received a denial letter. It states I have 60 days to appeal. I have been calling lawyers around my area. No one will take my case.they said it's hard to win a SSDI case with mental health reasons for anyone under the age of 50. I don't understand I'm 38. I have worked since I was 16 and stopped working last year in April. I have paid into the system. What can I do? I heard before about maybe an advocate. Does anyone know where I can turn? I'm not sure I'll be able to appeal myself. Not even sure how to even go about it. I couldn't even call any lawyers I had to have my wife do it because of my anxiety being so severe. Anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks in advance
