I'm sorry you're going through all this. I'm on another EMSAM attempt (I think we talked in a thread I made), so I somewhat know how crazy the stuff can be. And from my time on Nardil, you're right about how amazingly bad insomnia can be. Is there any chance at all the back pain is from the EMSAM, or do you think it's something else?
