When things are really bad, I try to remember that it is temporary. That all the times before when it seemed impossible to keep going, I did keep going. It's the right time to reach out for more help than you are getting. Sometimes it seems the first cry for help, even the second or third may not put the right resources in our life. Keep reaching out, as finding just one person who cares can change so much.
