Do you always have a tremor? So eating and drinking stopped it? You could have been dehydrated.
How much do your normally drink? If you're a heavy drinker, that could be part of your problem. You might research alcohol withdrawals if you're a heavy drinker and see if what you're experiencing is related to that.
The other thing I would urge you to do is google your meds with the term 'side-effects, feeling off' or whatever else you can come up with to describe how you feel--maybe spacey, brain fog, in a daze or whatever and see what you come up with. The reason I say this is that when I was on meds, I had so many strange side-effects that made me feel so incredibly awful that by the time I'd been on them for 5+ years, I ended up almost bedridden I was so sick. Of course I didn't realize that was the majority of my problem, I just blamed myself. Once I got off the meds, I was absolutely amazed at how much better I felt.
One reason we get so many strange side-effects and feel so weird [this is my opinion, and no, I'm not a doctor, just well read] is because the meds [almost all meds, not just psych meds] interfere with the body's ability to utilize nutrients such as magnesium that is needed in 300 functions in the body. Magnesium is not only blocked from being used, but what you have is depleted because meds are tough for the liver to detox from the body. Be sure you're getting adequate nutrients, especially minerals. Liquid supplements are much more easily absorbed.
