CBT is said to be highly effective in treating anxiety disorders. I would recommend looking into that...hopefully it will help me, but changes don't occur over night. Its something you have to stick with and work at every day, over time. The seizures I went through at work were a nightmare....I ended up in a neurology clinic, being tested and all sorts of things. Thinking I was developing MS or Parkinsons. Some of us are more sensitive to medication than others. It's always a gamble, but there could be a medication that will help. Or above, there are natural remedies you can look into as well, that someone posted links too.
