im so sorry you feel this way, i get similar with my depression and i hate it! i dont have bipolar but my senconed mummy ( very colse family friend) does and i know a bit about it from here, she is on this forum aswel her names tishie, shes lovely and if u ever need to talk shes always there, im here to if you want to talk
