I went to the hospital when I was in a lot of pain, and I thought it was appendicitis. It turned out, it was kidney stones. I actually ended up passing it while in the hospital (as a CT scan revealed). I had been in pain a few days prior, so I guess it took a few days to pass. Even after I passed it, had pain for a few days after that. I hope you feel better soon! Hang in there.
