When I had mine it only took a few days for it to pass but a friend of mine has two and has been suffering for about a month. Sometimes the pain is terrible and other times it's tolerable. They are talking about surgery if they don't pass soon.

You certainly have my sympathy as that is the worst pain I've ever had.
