Since -especially- the meds aren't touching the anger/irritation, do you think it might not be related to the Bipolar? Some aspects of mood can be unrelated and just something else -horribly difficult- to deal with, even if Bipolar things are going on at the same time. I think it's so hard to parse it all out, especially if it might be mixed or something else or a combination of things. Just a thought...
