I talked to my brother tonight. If he feels up to it tomorrow, he's going to pick a few things up at the grocery and bring them to me. That's a relief.
I'm feeling very lonely again tonight. I really needed someone to listen. I tried to explain what's happening to my "IR" friends and not one of them got it. Not one. Truly, truly the only people who really understand me are my PC family. I am so thankful for all of you. 
PS. I had to cancel my appt. with the Nurse Practitioner because I'm not supposed to be walking. If I have an infection, it will just have to wait. I also had to cancel appts with my T and the dentist. I would say I'm going to use the time off to clean, but if I do, I'll be on my leg and I can't. The dust will just have to wait, too!
