I am still in the hospital and I found a staple. I wanted to self harm so bad but instead I gave it to a nurse. They kept me under close observation the rest of the night until the klonopin started to kick in and I went to bed. It has been a really rough day. I have been in bed for most of it but have had strong urges to self harm or worse.
