I remembered some of the silly things they did but some of the stuff they were saying, it was like the first time I had ever heard it. Whole chunks of memories from their childhood are just gone. All my college classes, they are pretty much gone too and that wasn't that long ago. I have forgotten a lot of the stuff I used to remember from owning goats so I have to go back and read everything again too.

The time passage thing is really disturbing. We were sitting around trying to figure out how old kitty is, she's my oldest cat. I was thinking she was like maybe 7. After much discussion I discovered she's at least 9 years old. It just don't seem possible for that much time to have passed since I got her.

My son was talking about living in the city and said he had lived there for 3 years. I about fell out of my chair because I thought it might have been 1 year. It just does not seem possible that it was 3 years!

I have also noticed I am having a hard time learning new stuff. Things don't stick. I can read it, reread it and by tomorrow I will forget it. My husband says he is having the same problems too so he keeps lists of everything to help him remember.

Maybe its nutritional since its both of us? Is this normal or should I be telling my Dr. Id really hate to have to go an see another Dr and have a bunch more tests done. I might have to because I really don't feel like I am "with it" anymore.
Depression, medication and being 62 makes me forgetful.
