I was on Clomipramine for a few months. I had too many side effects so I ultimately stopped taking it. It lowered my heart rate and blood pressure so much that when I would stand up or even change position, I would see black. 25mg isn't a very high dose so I don't think you should get very many side effects. Also - if I recall - it takes a few weeks or so for the med to build up in your system.
