Well....IMHO only!....if you have a FWB & it satisfies you then stick with what you know is safe & good.
If it's becoming a concern maybe see your OB/GYN to get hormone levels done? Maybe your thyroid level?
Sometimes I break out when I'm really stressed. Maybe this is your body's reaction to stress.
Maybe invest in some good "toys"
