I used to feel this myself... "Worthless"

But nobody, nobody is worthless.

It's a toxic lie every human needs to fight with every ounce of their strength.

I do not understand those abusers who are interested in power, control and making (forcing?) others who are younger or in some way possibly more helpless...feel worthless, less than... Any of those other words abusers are so "skilled" at using
