I think latuda and zyprexa are antipsychotics. I agree that you need an antidepressant, an SSRI or a tricyclic maybe. MAOIs are a bit limiting. There are certain foods you can't eat on them. Chocolate and cheese I think. I am on Tofranil and it works well. It's a tricyclic antidepressant.

I don't know why they would put you on antipsychotics for OCD. Unless you are on an antidepressant they really shouldn't. Sometimes they mix the two. The antipsychotic is supposed to enhance the effects of the antidepressant.

I would ask for an SSRI or tricyclic antidepressant. But therapy is best to get to the reason for the problem and work out how to stop it.
