Thanks. I'm no longer as anxious as I used to be, especially when I take a valium or two, ha ha. I find it to be a bit undignified though sharing my private issues with strangers. I'm a private person, so hopefully there won't be to many people there. Oh, I just realized that I share a lot of personal info on here, but the thing is that no one knows who I am on here except for two people, so I feel more comfortable being open on here. This will be hard, but I can do it. I do hope that it can help me. They even have art therapy there which I never tried before, but it sounds cool, and I used to draw and paint, so I should get into that.
