It isn't the raciness, it's timing. He hasn't replied back yet about meeting. When he does, you could ask him if he'd like a pic so he recognises you. Unless there are some on your profile. I'd only send pics of myself to close friends, not someone I've just met. And TBH yo might meet him and not like him and then worry about what he does with your pics. Less is more, you know?!
