I've been wondering this for a while and more recently when I had my last pdoc visit. She said pristiq is like cymbalta and wellbutrin mixed together. So my meds for anti depressant are Wellbutrin 150 and weaning up to 100 mg pristiq. So if we were to do this in a math puzzle it's Wellbutrin + Wellbutrin + cymbalta = happy boogie?
Are antidepressants ranked at level of effectiveness like that? For example first we will try you on Zoloft then add Wellbutrin. If that doesn't work we will try cymbalta and Wellbutrin and if that doesn't work pristiq and Wellbutrin etc.
