My T and I have had our last few sessions in a local park as her office is being refurbished.
Because the sun is so bright, she has been wearing sunglasses furing our session, and because of this I am unable to connect with her and leave feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
Why do I let such a trivial thing get to me?
