I'm in my 30's and going back to school while I see my peers having families, buying houses, saving a lot of money, building nice careers, etc. They're all having these nice "adult" things, while I'm stuck in school so it feels. I understand and it can suck at times.

This is what I would do for homework and overall anxiety:

1. Take your time with breaking down studying.
2. Seek help from your teachers or tutors.
3. Break down assignments into smaller pieces and complete each piece.
4. Take time to take care of yourself once a week-- go for a walk, relax, watch a movie, etc.
5. Solidify your plans and goals for the next year. Make small goals which can be attained over the course of one term, and then move on to the next term.
