Just wondering if I'm the only one. My pdoc reads note and knows everything going on with me without having to ask questions.

My T is a different story. She says she'd prefer if I talk to her. I can't do it though. I'm just way too nervous and everything would come out of my mouth wrong. Plus writing a note guarantees that every topic I write down will be discussed. She does most of the talking though. I mainly nod my head and give one word answers.
