I've known this person for a while now, they're home schooled now though. They(and yes this person has shown me pictures before) have been getting beat, in the head/face/back since they were 5 so about 11 years ago to now. 2 years ago I reported the abuse with them, while it was happening as my friend called me while it was happening I met them at the police station with their dad who was beating them. The stupid idiots, did nothing. And they say it is justified as their father as bipolar and that it isn't "too bad" as it only went on for 15 minutes while them and their dad were in the car. Why are they stupid? Why does no one care(not just about my friend, but like anyone in my friends situation)?
