The past couple of days for some unknown reason haven't been too bad for me but I have been there.
My nights are usually a series of naps more than sleep. Even with sleep meds which don't really seem to help much. I usually give up about 4:30-5:00 in the morning and just get up. Then drag through the day.
It dosen't seem to matter how tired I am feeling, as soon as I lay down - I'm wide wake, mind racing, ready to go. I'll doze off but never for long. If I stay asleep of 1 1/2 hrs I consider myself very lucky.
