It's good to keep up with your symptoms like this and tell your pdoc. I'm sorry you're going through such a rough time with depression, paranoia, and possible mild psychosis (?). Maybe your pdoc will increase your Seroquel or other meds until you stabilize more. Good luck! If you are seeing/hearing things too much and getting out of touch with reality, I would go to the hospital and they can stabilize you faster in IP. When do you see your pdoc next?

Diagnoses: Bipolar 2, OCD, Chronic Worrywart
Meds: Lithium (reducing), Trileptal, Latuda, Risperdal, Klonopin and Xanax PRN
