I'm not sure I follow, but are you saying that you've always seen and heard things, but now you're also experiencing paranoia? And you just started seroquel? If so, the first thing to consider is that this is either a side-effect of the seroquel itself, or maybe a side-effect of the combination of it and your other meds. Like my old Pdoc used to tell me, when something new comes up like you're experiencing, the first place you look is at the last med you started.
