The confidence class was a 10 week programme talking about low self esteem and giving us tools to rethink our thinking processes re how we see ourselves. For example your core beliefs like I am unlovable or a weirdo etc.
The WRAP is for my reading and I relook at it every so often to see what I need to improve on etc. I have things in it that I need to do every day and things that will help me if I'm depressed or manic
