Mine is mostly the insomnia then anxiety. If I'm up late and decide I should just skip my meds because it's already about the next day. Or I get in late from being out. I get in bed then try to sleep....not possible! I lay in bed and my thoughts just take over. One thought after another. Then some of the things are stressful which leads to anxiety. Then I look at the clock and I'm shocked at the time so I finally get up and take my meds. After this happened about three or four times I just started taking my meds regardless of the time
