Sleep and anxiety.
I can effectively fall asleep without chemical help now, due to good sleep hygiene and a sleep ritual (I have OCPD) so rituals go well with my brain.
But when I'm hypomanic I can't for the life of me stay asleep. That's with or without meds.
I've been waiting for 5am to get done for work since midnight. I've been sleeping in half hour bursts, or not at all since last last Monday.
Otherwise I'm pretty stable and my episodes have been manageable.
