I'm afraid to check the dates on my spices. We have been here 17 years!
I seem to be working backwards. It's frustrating. I think I have a dozen things on the go but nothing finished. That said I have to get brave and start playing what is in the freezer. It seems to be full I'm not sure if that is poor packing or just lots of old stuff. I see a lot of slow cooking with a sauce in my future.
