I hate feeling sick. My sister gave me a nasty cold that has made me feel awful on top of the awfulness I get from being mixed.

Like honestly, it makes me wish I were I dead.. Although arguably, you could call me dead anyway because that's what I look and sound like thanks to this nasty sinusitis. I might as well be an extra on the set of The Walking Dead since I look like a zombie anyways. Perfect timing for Halloween! Guess who already has a costume...

No, but seriously... I feel like sh#t. I can't sleep due to being mixed, and a lack of sleep only exacerbates my sinusitis. Then my sinusitis makes it difficult to sleep when I DO feel tired because my throat is sore, I have a persistent headache, and I can't breathe. It's a vicious cycle.

How do you cope? No OTC meds have helped thus far, so I'm on my own on this one. It's the Wild West...
Oh yes! My first symptoms I am getting sick is the mental portion, but at the time I don't realize that is the trigger if that makes sense. when I came down with the flu I had a really bad night fighting strong suicidal urges. I finally fell asleep. I woke up the next day with 102 degree fever. I was having sound hallucinations really depressed suicidal. It is bad enough being sick without the mental side of it.
