I feel your frustration! Since my pdoc finally changed my meds & listenend to me, i've been in a battle! Im on 125mg of Dothep a day, he increased it to slowly cut out the seroquel (i was on 100-150mg for sleep) now im on 50 mg & have been a mess! Im having trouble sleeping & getting myself into a routine to take my meds at certain times of the day coz im that overtired! Also constipation is a side effect of Dothep but also makes me less hungry thank god! I get the seroquel munchies bad at night! I have just had to end up taking a laxative at bedtime so i can actually regulate myself again, its working out well! But i do understand that frustration of not going for days, i felt like a bloated whale! I hope you find some much needed relief soon!!
