I do know that symptoms of psych disorders can overlap into other disorders, but this does not mean you have a new or different diagnosis. I have been diagnosed with major depression with psychotic features, and I have generalized anxiety as well. I have experienced delusions but not to the level of making it its own diagnosis. I don't have any experience with OCD.
