I'm sorry to hear you can't get that comment out of your head. Maybe it'll help to talk it out. What do you think about the statement that life is a joke? Do you agree at all? Maybe you feel like the joke rang true for you in some way? Or maybe you're really really disturbed by it because you DON'T agree?
