We have a life sized witch and a blow up haunted house that makes scary noises. We put the house so that the kids have to go through it to get to the candy and put the witch inside. It scares the crap out of the kids. My neighborhood is great for Halloween, loads of kids. It's the only time I get to meet my neighbors.
